Accepting new clients for in-person and video sessions
A steady place to talk things through.
Harborlight is a small team of licensed therapists. We’ll help you find the right person for what you’re carrying — and the first conversation is free.
Find someone who fits
Four short questions. No account, no email required — you’ll see three therapists who suit what you shared.
Therapy that moves at your pace
You don’t need to have the right words, or know exactly what’s wrong. Our therapists listen first, then work with you on practical next steps — whether that is sleeping better, arguing less or making sense of something that happened years ago.
- Evidence-based. CBT, EMDR, emotionally focused and acceptance-based therapies.
- Human. Real conversation, not worksheets and scripts.
- Flexible. Morning, evening and weekend times, in person or by video.

If something is taking up more room in your life than you want it to, therapy can help. You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to start. The free consult is a low-pressure way to find out.
Tell us. It is common and it is not a failure. We will help you switch to someone else on the team, no awkward conversation required.
